Terms of service
DISTANCE AGREEMENT
Effective from: 14.05.2026.
1. Parties
This Distance Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement) is concluded between AB Creations SIA, Reg. No. 40203675024, address: Grīņu street 2, Saulkrasti, Saulkrastu municipality, LV-2161 (hereinafter – the Seller), and You, the person placing an order at www.abcreations.lv (hereinafter – the Buyer).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller offers and sells the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer`s order. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agree to the terms of the Agreement.
The Agreement shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer has placed an order and has paid for the goods in the bank account specified by the Seller in accordance with terms of the Agreement.
The Agreement applies to all orders placed on the website www.abcreations.lv .
3. Ordering
The Buyer place an order by completing the relevant order form—including both standard catalog items and custom-made projects - on the website www.abcreations.lv indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased.
All prices are displayed in euros. If the Buyer`s transaction currency differs, the amount will be recalculated according to Buyer`s bank's card transaction rate.
By placing an order, the Buyer commits to provide accurate information and is responsible for the correct presentation of data, i.e., Name, Surname, Contact Phone, Email Address, Address; otherwise, delivery may be delayed or unable to complete.
4.Payment
The Seller accept payments via banklink (all major Latvian banks), major credit cards, or bank transfer to the account provided on the prepayment invoice.
The Buyer may make payments using the payent tools integrated into the website www.abcreations.lv or using a bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the invoice isued by the Seller and sent to the Buyers e-mail.
Shipping costs are included in the invoice.
All invoices are prepared electronically and are valid without a signature.
If the Buyer does not pay the sent invoice within 3 (three) working days, the Buyer's order is canceled and the ordered goods are no longer reserved for the Buyer.

5. Production & Delivery
Ready-to-ship items: Are dispatched within 3 (three) business days.
Custom 3D Prints/Projects: Since these are crafted specifically for the Buyer, production time and subsequent delivery time depends on the complexity of the design and are confirmed individually upon order acceptance.
Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout, depends on Buyer`s location and are determined in accordance with the tariffs set by the post office or courier service company.
6. Right of withdrawal

7. Quality & 3D Printing Reality
Please keep in mind that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process; minor surface textures or visible layer lines are normal characteristics and not considered defects.
Before using the purchased good, please read the instructions for use of the good (if any) and use the good only in accordance with these instructions, in accordance with the good's characteristics and intended use.
If the goods arrive broken or with a major manufacturing error, the Buyer shall notify the Seler at info@abcreations.lv. The Seller will correct the defect, replace the good, or issue a refund according to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Refunds are issued only if the Seller confirms a defect, and the Seller may require the return of the defective good.
The Seller undertakes to handle any complaint no later than 15 days from the day it is made.
8. Dispute Resolution
If the Seller fails to resolve a dispute to the Buyers satisfaction, the Buyer has the right to contact the Latvian Consumer Protection Authority (PTAC) (+371 65452554, pasts@ptac.gov.lv, www.ptac.gov.lv) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
The Seller only collect the information needed to deliver the Buyers order (name, phone number, address, email). The Buyer can find detailed information in the Seller`s Privacy Policy.
10. Other provisions
This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the provisions of this Agreement at any time by publishing the latest version to the website www.abcreations.lv .
